Alfred has a degree in economics from Cornell University. He began investing in real estate upon graduation and has been involved ever since. From the beginning, he managed his own portfolio and once friends began to ask for him to manage their properties, he opened his own brokerage. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the buying, selling, rehabbing, and managing of both commercial and residential properties.
